Aesthetic and Functionality Converging in Fair Architecture: Nar Brode & Ahmet Mercan Textile
This specially designed project for the Hometex Fair is the product of a visionary approach that aims to merge the elegance of the textile industry with architectural discipline. The stand design reflecting the corporate identity of Nar Brode and Ahmet Mercan Textile invites visitors not only to an exhibition area but also to an experiential space narrating the brand’s world.
Design Details and Material Selection:
The vertical linear panels in anthracite tones chosen for the exterior facade of the stand impart a modern rhythm to the design while simultaneously displaying a strong corporate presence. Circular niches where brand logos are placed are highlighted with warm LED lighting from behind, maximizing the stand’s visibility within the fair area. These circular lighting details soften the sharp architectural lines, offering a balanced visual aesthetic.
Interior Concept and User Experience:
The light-colored wooden flooring used in the interior creates a spacious atmosphere by contrasting with the dark tones of the exterior facade. Meeting and hosting areas where visitors can engage one-on-one with the brand are furnished with minimalist furniture prioritizing comfort. In sections where textile products are displayed, special lighting systems are employed to highlight the texture and color quality of the fabrics.
